What does “sulit” mean?
“Sulit” is a Filipino word that means worth it — getting great value for your money. That’s exactly what we hope every customer feels when shopping with us.
Are your items brand new or pre-loved?
We carry both!
Each listing clearly states the condition:
- Brand New Finds
- Pre-loved
- Vintage Finds
We carefully inspect items before listing them.
Do you clean items before selling?
Yes! We do our best to clean, sanitize, and prepare items before they’re listed or shipped.
Are all sales final?
Because many items are pre-loved or one-of-a-kind, all sales are generally final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we’ll always try to make things right.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We currently ship within Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup may be available in the Mississauga area. Pickup details will be shared after purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Donations & Decluttering
Do you accept donations?
Yes — and we truly appreciate it 💛
We welcome gently used items such as:
- clothing
- toys
- books
- games
- baby items
- home décor
- collectibles
What happens to donated items?
Items may be:
- sold through the shop
- bundled for families
- Repurposed and upcycled
- donated onward to local communities when possible
Our goal is to reduce waste and give items another chance to be loved.
Can I arrange a donation drop-off?

Yes — items are listed honestly and accurately to the best of our knowledge.
Why are some items only available once?
Many items are thrifted, donated, or one-of-a-kind, so once they’re gone, they may not return.
